Cargo Website, Admin and User Dashboard Design

Overview
The project is a digital platform designed to enable easy tracking of cargo operations for both administrators (admin) and users. The admin dashboard allows the management of flights, packages, and logistics data, while the user dashboard enables users to track their shipments, delivery statuses, and payment processes. The website serves as the brand’s corporate presence, fulfilling informational and communication needs.
The Challenge
Cargo operations can be challenging for users due to high data volume, complex workflows, and time-sensitive processes. The main challenges addressed in this project include: • Managing a large number of packages and flights within a single centralized system • Enabling fast filtering, scanning, and task execution for admin users • Providing a clear, trustworthy, and easy-to-understand experience for end users • Presenting technical and operational data without overwhelming the user
The Solution
In response to these challenges, two separate role-based dashboards were designed: User and Admin Dashboard

User Dashboard
• Packages: Overview of shipment statuses • Delivery: Tracking of delivery processes • Payment: Payment and invoicing management On the user side, the experience prioritizes trust, transparency, and simplicity.
Admin Dashboard
• A Flights section where all cargo flights can be added and managed within the system • Critical information such as flight name, total weight, container count, package count, and creation date presented in a structured table layout • Advanced features including filtering, flight creation, and package scanning • A clean, hierarchical, and readable interface designed to reduce data overload
